Best Ruby newsletters

Women on rails: Launched by the french association of the same name, this newsletter is issued twice a month, with a wide panorama of ruby news and events. Articles, coding tips, live code video ....the newsletter is exciting and fun and now exist in french, english, italian and spanish. 

Ruby Weekly: Also includes Ads for Ruby jobs. 

Ruby Radar: One of the co-editor is a member of Go Rails (tutorials, guides, and screencasts for web developers learning Ruby, Rails, Javascript, Turbolinks, Stimulus.js, Vue.js, etc.).

Fast Ruby: FastRuby.io is a service that provides updates to Ruby applications. They blog about it and shares useful tools, like RailsBump, which lets you check your Ruby gems for compatibility with all major Rails versions. 

Hotwiringrails is a once-monthly newsletter curating the latest content on Rails et Hotwire. The author has just made a book he wrote last year, Hotwire ATS , freely available. It's a step-by-step guide to building modern Ruby on Rails applications using the Hotwire stack, CableReady, and StimulusReflex.
